At this two day hands-on training, learn how to build an affordable and durable hoop house in one weekend. Learn how about composting and vermiculture, four-season farming in Minnesota, aquaponics and fish care, micro-green enterprise farming, and organic mushroom growing. Join with others interested in scaling up our regional food systems to support local farmers in urban and rural communities who can produce year-round healthy and affordable food where we live.
